Shipping policy

Some products are manufactured by a third party vendor and may ship separately. 

We try our best to meet all processing deadlines. In the event that we miss that mark, we offer our customers discounts on future purchases to compensate for the delay. However, we cannot control unforeseeable events on behalf of nature, humanity or our carriers. We cannot replace packages that have been stolen from your premises or mishandled by the carrier. We also can not replace or refund packages due to shipping delays once the products has been shipped.
